Maypro is seeking high-performing, self-motivated and assiduous individuals who are quick learners, persistent and can multi-task. These individuals should be prepared to travel both domestically and overseas, demonstrate curiosity and be a team player.
We are seeking Individuals with background knowledge and or degrees in nutrition, health & wellness, sports physiology, sales & marketing, business, and/or international business.
Foreign language capabilities, especially in Mandarin and Hindi, are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage positive supplier relationships.
- Proactively create strategies to sell product portfolio.
- Create monthly and quarterly reports on product portfolio.
- Understanding market trends, top selling products, and identify trending ingredients.
- Conduct market research to create competitive analysis of product portfolio.
- Coordinate with Innovations team for research on new ingredients.
- Coordinate regulatory, marketing, and clinical trials with suppliers monthly.
- Work closely with the sales team, providing product training, relevant marketing collateral, and supporting materials to enhance their ability to effectively sell proprietary and commodity products.
- Regulate inventory levels for product portfolio.
- Monitor sales order and order processing with Operations team.
- Accurate tracking of product performance, customer feedback, and market trends in Salesforce or similar tools.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Biology, Biochemistry or related Science area / Business.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Applications.
- High Attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Motivated and Ability to take initiative.
- Willingness to learn new things.
- Ability to travel domestically and overseas.
- Experience or interest in nutritional supplements.
- Ability to command more than one language is not required but a plus.
- Team oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
