Maypro is seeking high-performing, self-motivated and assiduous individuals who are quick learners, persistent and can multi-task. These individuals should be prepared to travel both domestically and overseas, demonstrate curiosity and be a team player.

We are seeking Individuals with background knowledge and or degrees in nutrition, health & wellness, sports physiology, sales & marketing, business, and/or international business.

Foreign language capabilities, especially in Mandarin and Hindi, are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Portfolio Management: Effectively sell both nutritional proprietary branded ingredients and commodity raw materials, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Territory: Texas and Mountain West region contract manufacturers, brands and other distributors.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, providing product information, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Salesforce Management: Input all phone sales logs, emails, and trade show reports into Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Reporting: Compile and submit weekly reports detailing customer visits, trade show attendance, and relevant sales metrics. Provide insights into gross profit, revenue year-over-year growth, and expense controls.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about proprietary branded ingredients and commodity raw materials, maintaining a deep understanding of their features, benefits, and market positioning.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets with YOY growth.
  • Trade Show Participation: Attend trade shows regularly to represent the company, showcase products, and engage with potential clients. Provide detailed reports on trade show activities and opportunities.
  • Expense Management: Work collaboratively with the sales team to manage and control expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness in sales operations.
  • Territory: Texas, Mountain-West.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in science, nutrition, business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or nutrition are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the nutritional supplement or related industry.
  • Hunter Sales Style, Self-Starter, Organized, Disciplined, Trustworthy, Ability to work Independently and part of a team.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with both proprietary branded ingredients and commodity raw materials used in the nutritional supplement sector.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar software.
