ETAS is derived from the tough lower stalks of asparagus and works to create heat-shock protein (HSP70), a naturally occurring protein in the body that counteracts levels of extreme stress. In human clinical research, ETAS was shown to significantly increase the production of HSP70 at a dose of 200mg. Through a double-blind placebo-controlled study, ETAS was found to:

- Increase the overall quality of sleep

- Alleviate occasional stress by improving heart rate variability

- Raise cognitive performance in the brain

- Reduce fatigue and improves the body’s natural stress response

Venetron is derived from the powdered extract of Apocynum venetum, a plant species commonly used in herbal medicine, food, and tea. Venetron works to reduce the secretion of chromogranin A, a stress marker in the body, and increase the production of serotonin, boosting mood. Unlike other mood support herbs such as St. Johns Wort, Venetron does not affect the CYP3A pathway and is more potent, therefore it requires a lower dose of just 50mg per day (Compared to St. Johns Wort which on average requires a dosage of 300mg, three times per day). In several human placebo-controlled studies, Venetron was found to:

- Promote a positive outlook through producing serotonin in the brain

- Alleviate occasional stress

- Improve overall sleep quality
