Scientists who study aging have focused their attention on a group of protective genes called sirtuins, especially SIRT1, which is known as “the longevity gene.”

Juvecol® — An Eco-Friendly Marine Ingredient

Made from proteoglycans extracted from the cartilage-rich parts of wild-caught salmon, upcycled Juvecol® is a high-quality, purified and patented proteoglycan extract clinically documented to support joint health and mobility.

Mechanism of Action Proteoglycans are a critical component of connective tissues such as bone, cartilage, and skin that increase the production of chondrocytes (cartilage cells) by helping them proliferate and differentiate.*

In a gold-standard trial from 2016 (10), researchers found that Juvecol improved joint pain and mobility in adults aged 40–69 through a small dosage of 50 mg per day for 12 weeks.
