Grown in Canada, NuCelium™ organic mushrooms are cultivated indoors under controlled environmental conditions to ensure purity and consistency. The mushrooms thrive on a nutrient-rich sorghum substrate that supports optimal development of mycelium, fruiting bodies, and extracellular compounds. This proprietary process unlocks a complete matrix of bioactives through natural fermentation. The bioactives are standardized β-glucans (>30%), triterpenes (>50%), and polysaccharides (<10%) which are validated using the modified megazyme testing method. The low-heat drying process preserves nutrient integrity.

Products made from the full mushroom—both the mycelium and the fruiting body—deliver advantages over materials produced only from the fruiting body. The mycelium contributes a broader spectrum of active metabolites that would otherwise be missing. When both parts are included, the resulting powder captures a wider range of functional constituents, offering a more complete and impactful profile for health-focused applications.
